We provide breathable HDPE shade fabric, waterproof PVC-coated membrane and premium architectural fabric options according to the required scope. Fabric weight is only one part of performance. Yarn quality, coating, UV stabilization, reinforcement, seam construction and proper tension matter as well. Steelwork can receive protective finishes appropriate to the agreed project specification. Every proposal should state the intended material clearly so quotations can be compared responsibly.
The steel structure is fabricated around the approved arrangement and site dimensions. Columns, beams, bracing, base plates and connection details must work together as one system. We aim for clean alignment, controlled welding, appropriate protective treatment and neat fabric attachment. Where shop drawings are part of the scope, they communicate principal dimensions and arrangement before production. Final structural requirements depend on span, configuration and site conditions; we do not claim that one tube size or foundation detail is suitable for every parking shade.

What information should appear in an order confirmation?
The approved order should identify size, quantity, shade type, fabric, colour, steel finish, installation location, price, payment terms, lead time and any exclusions. If warranty terms apply, they should correspond with the quoted material and conditions. Written confirmation helps prevent uncertainty and gives fabrication a reliable reference.
Responsible project planning
